or One King Bed, Two Double Beds, One Bedroom Suite with
separate sitting room (sleeps 6), and rentals with kitchens
(which include a studio with 2 queen beds, a 2 bedroom apartment
and two cottages; Tern and Sandpiper).

Cottage
rentals-still some cottage availability for the summerOn the Even' tide motel property, we offer 8 cottages and a 4
bedroom house rental. They are all named after birds. Six of the
cottages and Kingfisher house are rented as housekeeping
cottages (the other two, Tern & Sandpiper are rented as hotel
efficiencies and come with daily maid service).

Our five acres of wooded privacy abut the Cape Cod National
Seashore where you can enjoy a short hike to Marconi beach. All
of our hotel and cottage guests can enjoy our wonderfully large
indoor pool with outdoor sundeck, central playground and
barbecue area. We offer direct access to the 25 mile Rail Trail
