Policies

 

Cottage Reservation Policies:

• A 50% deposit by check is required with each reservation. Balance is due upon arrival.
• Deposit may be paid by check or money order only.
• Personal checks will be accepted for a deposit or balance ONLY when the check is received at least two weeks before the first day of the reservation. Checks received less than two weeks in advance must be guaranteed with a credit card approved for the amount of the check.
• A Security-Cleaning deposit of $100.00 is required with each cottage rental.

Cottage Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are considered as commitments for the full time period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. In the event of cancellation of any cottage reservation, the deposit will be refunded, less a service charge of $50.00, only when the cottage has been re-rented for the entire reservation period.

Please Note the Following:

- ABSOLUTELY NO PETS
- All Cottages are NON-SMOKING
- In the Off-Season only, for each additional person after the first two, for up to the maximum allowed per cottage
Adults: $15 per night or $90 per week, Children: $8 per night or $45/week
- Porta-crib rental: $25.00 per week. Roll-away bed or full size crib rental: $35.00 per week.
- All rates are subject to 9.7% tax.
- One family per cottage, except Kingfisher.
- All cottages are furnished and equipped for light housekeeping.
- Sheets, pillowcases and towels (including pool towels) and household paper products are not provided in housekeeping cottages. They are available to rent if you do not wish to bring your own. Pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress pads are provided.
- ALL VEHICLES entering our property MUST first be registered at our office.
- No visitors in cottages after 11:00 P.M.
- Children under 18 years old will not be allowed in the Pool Area unless accompanied by an adult. POOL USE IS FOR REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY!
