Motel Reservation Policy
In season and holiday weekends a 50%
deposit is required. Off season a deposit
of one night stay is required. Balance is
due upon arrival. A 3- to 6-night minimum
stay may apply at certain times.
Personal
checks will be accepted for a deposit or
balance due only when the check is
received at least two weeks before the
first day of the reservation. Checks
received less than two weeks in advance
must be guaranteed with a credit card
(Discover, Visa, MasterCard) approved for
the amount of the check.
Motel
Cancellation Policy
Reservations
are considered as commitments for the
full period requested. Deposits are
security against vacancies caused by
cancellations or date changes.
In
the event of a cancellation of a motel
reservation, the deposit will be
refundable, minus a $15.00 service
charge, provided we receive a
cancellation notice more than 14 days
before the first reservation date. In the
event of a cancellation less than 15 days
in advance, the deposit will be forfeited
if the room is not resold. No refunds
will be given for early departures.
