Rooms Reservation Policy
In season and holiday weekends a 50% deposit is required. Off season a deposit of one night stay is required. Balance is due upon arrival. For stays of one night, a full deposit is required. A 3- to 6-night minimum stay may apply at certain times.
Personal checks will be accepted for a deposit or balance due only when the check is received at least two weeks before the first day of the reservation. Checks received less than two weeks in advance must be guaranteed with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) approved for the amount of the check.
Rooms Cancellation Policy
Reservations are considered as commitments for the full time period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes.
In the event of a cancellation of a motel reservation made directly through or website or by phone, the deposit will be refundable, minus a $15.00 service charge, provided we receive a cancellation notice at least 14 days before the first reservation date. In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days in advance, the deposit will be forfeited if the room is not resold for the entire reservation period. No refunds will be given for early departures. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, or weather. Please consider buying trip insurance.
Reservations made through a third party are subject to the agreement made with the third party at time of reservation.
