Studio Efficiency- Sleeps 4

This oversized room on the second floor has two queen size beds. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, two burner cooktop, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and cooking utensils. The separate bathroom has a step-in shower. (Sorry no bathtub)

Tern Cottage - Sleeps 2

This cozy one bedroom cottage is perfect for the couple wanting more than just a motel room. This Cape Cod cottage has 3 rooms, a private deck, and comes with linens and daily maid service. The bedroom has one queen bed and a TV. The separate living room has a couch, cable TV, DVD player, and telephone. The eat-in kitchen has a full size refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker, and all kitchen supplies. Outside, you can relax on your private deck, cook out on the charcoal barbecue, enjoy a meal at the picnic table, or take a nap in the hammock.
This is a cottage couples return to year after year.

Sandpiper Cottage - Sleeps 6


Sandpiper is a three bedroom Cape Cod Cottage rented with linens and daily maid service. Recently remodeled, this cottage now has three separate bedrooms- one queen bed with TV, one double bed, and two twin beds with TV. The open living area features a flat screen TV with a DVD player and a comfortable eating area.The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots and pans and dishes.
The cottage has a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Outside, there is a deck with a picnic table and a gas grill. Maximum occupancy in Sandpiper is 6 people (including babies).

2 Bedroom suite with living room and kitchen - Sleeps 6

This deluxe second floor two bedroom apartment unit has plenty of room for up to 6 people. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, TV and a view of the pool. The second bedroom has one queen bed.

The living room has a queen sleep sofa, TV and DVD player. There is a fully applianced kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and all kitchen supplies.

The bath is fully tiled with shower and tub.
This apartment is perfect for families who want more than just a hotel room or two couples traveling together.

Maximum occupancy is 6 people (including babies).
